A tasty nutritious breakfast to get you through the day!

Many of you might have seen the posts about making pancakes with 2 ingredients alone: mashed banana and eggs. So, here's my super easy tested out delicious take on it. Will hardly take you 10 minutes to savour them. Here they are, in 7 simple steps.

Fool proof light low carb low fat yummy pancakes

These amazing light and fluffy pancakes turned out much tastier than I expected. Instead of a healthy substitute those have become my number 1 pancake recipe!

Ingredients:
(for 3 medium pancakes)
  • 1/2 of a large banana
  • 1 medium egg
  • 3/4 Tbsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • tiny bit of salt
  • cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, orange/lemon zest, nutmeg to taste (all optional, apply to your liking)
  1. Mash the banana with a fork
  2. Whisk in the egg till fluffy
  3. Add flour and baking powder
  4. Add seasonings
  5. Cook until golden brown on non stick pan

Enjoy!

Notes: You can easily double or triple the recipe according to the circumstances. You can replace the flour with any other king you like. Go crazy over the add-ons (chocolate chips, peanut butter, berries etc) and let me know! I drizzled some honey on top of them while hot and they were yummy!
